  • Oversee execution of all non-investment functions, including finance, legal, operations, and HR.
  • Create positive change and facilitate productivity with clear direction and accountability.
  • Establish and maintain business operations for accuracy, productivity, and reliability; create and standardize SOPs across the business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SUPERPOWERS *

  • At least two years of experience in analytical or strategic roles, including Finance/Operations roles. Experience working at a startup or fund (PE, VC, Hedge Fund, etc.) is a plus.
  • Extremely organized, high sense of prioritization and ownership. Able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Solution-driven, moves things forward.
  • High EQ, low ego. Earns trust quickly, a tactful communicator, and leads by example.
